well I decided on a cervelo R3 with campagnolo super record and the hyperon wheels. I got countless hours of advise, even changed the crank to compact when I finally accepted I'm not as young as I thought after they'd it boxed up and ready to ship - I thought it would be too late but I was greeted with "no problem" and "it's your bike!"
10000KM and still going strong.Thanks Andy for your help on bike and Paul for your training tips.
Can't sing their praises enough!
