This is where the wider rear comes into play, in addition to the aerodynamic shape. The Aero Blade optimises the airflow with a special grid structure and adapts to different speeds, side angles and helmet inclinations. So the GameChanger 2.0 has a solution for every racing situation. Even on the hottest rides, you can keep a cool head thanks to the AirBoost air inlet and sophisticated ventilation system. But so that comfort doesn’t fall by the wayside, you can conveniently adapt the helmet fit using our patented adjustment system. ActiCage increases the stability of the road helmet.

ABUS GameChanger 2.0 Aero Road Helmet Technology and Features

  • Lower edge protection: polycarbonate (PC) outer shell covers the lower edge of the helmet and protects against scratches, impacts and signs of wear and tear

 

  • Ponytail Fit: thanks to the opening in the height-adjustable adjustment system, the helmet is also suitable for long hairstyles such as ponytails, buns, or braids
  • Eyewear Port at front and rear: recess at the front and rear of the helmet to hold eyewear in a secure and aerodynamic position while riding or during stops
  • Acti Cage™: allows larger ventilation openings combined with high stability thanks to foamed-in structural reinforcement
  • Aero Blade™: additional component to reinforce the structure and improve aerodynamics
  • Forced Air Cooling: the ventilation openings are connected to each other via channels on the inside to guide incoming air through the helmet and thus ensure maximum air circulation and a pleasant head climate
  • Zoom™ Spin adjustment system: rotary wheel at the back of the head for individual adjustment of the helmet to the head size
  • Stitched straps: for optimum aerodynamics, the straps are sewn and therefore do not require any strap dividers – this means they fit particularly snugly and do not flap while riding
  • Floating Pad: padding on the inside of the helmet, which is clicked into place via several attachment points, making it more flexible and offering better ventilation and greater wear comfort
  • Removable, washable pads: can be removed and washed by hand or replaced if necessary
  • Flow Straps™ Pro: aerodynamic straps for low flow resistance, less noise and high wear comfort – the upper section is slightly thinner to minimise the contact surface on the skin
  • Push-in buckle: for safe and practical handling, the straps are fitted with a classic chin lock (three-pronged connection) for opening and closing
  • In-mould process: production process in which the inner cushioning material made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) is foamed directly into the outer shell made of polycarbonate (PC) – this creates a durable and robust connection

    We accept the return of goods only if they are unopened (except in cases where the item has to be tried for fit) and in their original condition. If you return goods as detailed, within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
